Arlevia T. Samuel, an experienced Real Estate and Development Professional is the Deputy Administrator of Housing Administration and Development with the City of New Haven. A licensed Realtor® since 2006, Arlevia holds a Green designation, is a CPM® through IREM, a lifelong New Haven resident and avid community volunteer. Arlevia is a member of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc. , chairs the Women United Steering Committee for United Way of Greater New Haven, as well as a member of the New Haven Rotary and the Junior League of Greater New Haven. In her free time, she can be found tutoring math & reading at various New Haven Public Schools or building affordable homes with Habitat for Humanity. Arlevia has a love for traveling to new destinations with her Ace (Arianna).
