Jake first got his footing in the Real Estate Industry in a not so conventional way—He left a successful career in the farmers market industry to shadow a Veteran Real Estate Investor for a full year in exchange for knowledge. About one month into shadowing, Jake took advantage of an opportunity to fill a role in his mentor's business, thus RollOn Painting was born. Fast forward to today, and Jake is passionate about educating buyers and sellers about how to make money with Real Estate. He is also committed to educating, mentoring and supporting other entrepreneurs. 

Jake is communicative, thorough, and detail-oriented — and he’ll be alongside you every step of the way. Jake specializes in all facets of the Real Estate business, whether it be navigating the way for first timers, trying to score that perfect distressed property, or providing help in the luxury market, he knows and has experienced it all.
