My husband and I built a home in Newington in 1983 and currently still live in this home. We raised two daughters who went through the Newington school system and went on to great colleges and have pursued wonderful careers in Boston, MA and Nashville, TN. I have always found Newington to be a wonderful town to raise a family with a great school system, wonderful town services such as Parks and Rec and Lucy Robbins Welles Library. We also previously owned the historic Robbin Welles house on the corner of Miami and East Robbins Avenue, which is now owned and cared for by my sister's family.

I have been a full time real estate agent for 21 years. I love what I do and get such gratification from meeting and working with people and helping them realize their dreams in home ownership. I have strong negotiating skills, staging abilities, an eye for recommending minor improvements, marketing skills, and know how to get the best price when selling a home. Community Involvement

I am a member of the Newington Chamber of Commerce and Wethersfield Chamber of Commerce. When our daughters were in school, my husband volunteered to coach them and other teams in soccer and lacrosse for several years. I volunteered to be a troop leader for Daisies, Brownies, and Girls Scouts. We took an active role in their school activies and made ourselves available for chaperoning events or school trips. We loved being involved with other parents and helping wherever needed.

I love everything I do, but really enjoy working with 1st time home buyers because it can be so exciting for them. I understand the process and prepare them for a stressless transaction. I love the appreciation they have for my doing a good job when its complete. I also love working with sellers in advising them how to prepare their house for marketing.
